PlayStation Plus "free" games of July 2021 announced

Like every month, Sony offers to its PS Plus subscribers 3 "free" games (one for PS5 and 2 for PS4). As the month of June is ending, we finally know what to expect for July.

As a reminder, June's free games were Virtua Fighter 5 : Ultimate Showdown, Star Wars : Squadrons and Operation : Tango.

Let's see what Sony has to offer for the upcoming month!

A PLAGUE TALE: INNOCENCE (PS5)

Initially released in 2019, A Plague Tale: Innocence tells the story of two young siblings, Amicia and Hugo, who have to survive during the period of the Inquisition in France.

Sony made a nice move this month since the PS5 version of the title has been announced but not released yet (which is the 6th of July 2021). Which means that PS Plus subscribers who own a PS5 will be able to get the game for free at its release!

CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS 4 (PS4)

Released in 2018, Call of Duty: Black OPS 4 made the choice of focusing on multiplayer content only. There is no solo mode in this game but 3 multiplayer modes: the "classic" mode, the zombie mode and the Blackout mode which is a battle royal.

WWE 2K BATTLEGROUNDS (PS4)

WWE 2K Battlegrounds is not your regular wrestling game. Indeed, the title is very similar to an arcade game and has easier controls. If you watch the trailer below you'll see that having fun is the main focus of the game! 70 wrestlers, 8 wrestling rings and a dozen of moves are available.
