Stitchy in Tooki Trouble hits the Nintendo Switch on April 15

Game Drive and Polygoat today announced April 15th as the release date for their new 2.5D platformer, Stitchy in Tooki Trouble.

In the game you play as Stitchy, a scarecrow devoted to a quest to recover his stolen corn from the troublesome Tooki. Featuring a vibrant art style full of colour and character bringing the striking world to life. You'll find your way traversing 3 worlds with Stitchy, each featuring 9 levels, a humongous boss to conquer and a secret level to uncover.

Stitchy in Tooki Trouble is clearly influenced by the 90's platformers of it's day and that is echoed by Polygoat co-founder Frederik who says ''Stitchy is a passion project for us! Inspired by classic games like Donkey Kong, we hope our side-scrolling gameplay and colourful art style lives up to our inspirations and appeals to kids and grownups alike. We can’t wait to get it into everyone’s hands on April 15th!”

Not long to wait now then as Stitchy in Tooki Trouble releases April 15th on Nintendo Switch in North America, Europe and Japan. You can also pre-order the game now with a 25% discount in Europe and from April 1st in Japan. You can watch the release date trailer below.
